Correct Document Uploads
- Ensure proper document uploads to ensure timely processing.
- Please crop the images and make them vertical, so that only the license/photo is visible in the image and nothing else. Also, keep your face straight, especially for the passport size photo.
- If you are holding your license in your hand, don’t pinch it with your fingers. This might cover some of the information that we need to check your license. Instead, hold it flat on your palm.
Accepted File Formats
Use PNG, JPEG, or JPG only; refrain from uploading HEIC images.
